Ron Longchamps, co-founder and Vice President of R&J Construction, Inc., has more than 33 years of experience in all facets of the industry.
Longchamps co-founded R&J Construction, Inc. with Jim Wood in 1987, evolving their successful two year construction partnership into a California corporation. Longchamps is responsible for managing all field operations for R&J Construction, Inc.
Longchamps has extensive experience in estimating, job costing, and design, stemming not only from his own successful construction company where he spent five years specializing in custom residential, but also over 10 years working for contracting firms in various management positions for residential and commercial projects.
Longchamps received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
