Ron Longchamps

Ron Longchamps, co­founder and Vice President of R&J Construction, Inc., has 45 years of experience in all facets of the construction industry. Ron is responsible for managing field operations and crew, construction production, quality and job site safety.

Ron brings extensive experience in estimating, job costing, design, job site supervision and production from managing his own successful construction company for several years and more than 10 years with other leading firms building residential and commercial projects in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California at Davis.
